It has been a very long time since I have looked into a good diet program, and I think that I am going to go for the hCG diet program. I have gained back a lot of weight, and I am not very proud of this at all. I think that some people have it in them to exercise everyday, but as for people like me, I am way too busy for this. I think that some people just do not understand how hard it is for me to find time to exercise. I often skip meals because of the nature of my work, only to overeat later, before bedtime. I am not proud of the nature of my schedule, but I have to say that this is what is happening right now, and I can’t see the end of it anytime soon. I suppose that I just want to give myself a chance at having that normal body. I want to be able to dress in normal sized clothes. I do not want to shop at that big girls store anymore.

I was crossing the street with my friend John and we had a moment together where we both started laughing at the same time. I turned to John and I asked him why he was laughing and he looked at me he said you know why I am laughing. I was not sure what he meant but I laughed even more. Then John told me that he was laughing about You Tube video that we both watched earlier that afternoon. I remembered the video and I started to laugh even more. It was a very odd coincidence but John and I were actually both laughing about that video at that very moment. It is very strange when coincidences happen like this because they seem planned and they seem like you could never plan them at the same time.

On CNN’s main page, the most important headline of the day is blasted across the top of the page and it usually includes a large and engage picture directly below the words. Underneath the main headline is a “featured” articles section, which includes a list of articles that a lot of people are reading. Another great thing about this site is the easy-to-read-and-access news categories: health, politics, world news, U.S. news, travel, etc. One click on any of these categories and you are taken to a new page that is dedicated solely to stories that deal with each of those topics. CNN also has a great website specifically designed for smartphones. When I am on a train or walking to some destination and I want to see what the latest news is, all I have to do is pull up the CNN iPhone app and up pops the CNN website specifically designed for a smaller screen. Easy to access. And quick to load. CNN’s web design definitely keeps my attention.
Another one of my other favorite websites is the iGoogle page. This is a personalized page that was made available to me after I signed up to have a Google Gmail account. This is my personalized homepage that pops every time I pull up the Internet, and it was designed just how I wanted, based on a myriad of choices I was given. For example, my page has the Google search engine at the very top and just below it is a banner picture of the non-profit organization Save the Children. Underneath that are three columns of miniature websites that, with a simple click, will take me to the main website. These include a link to my email, my local weather, various news sites (including CNN of course and the New York Times), a currency calculator (since I live in Japan and constantly have to convert Yen to Dollars or vice versa), a calendar, and various other links to news and entertainment sites. Igoogle is a great way for me to pull together all of the sites that I frequently visit. It is organized and pretty – and laid out just the way I wanted it.
